I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ORDERING FROM LIBERTY?
We accept Visa, MasterCard. Currently we do not have
a multiple shipping option. If you have multiple
items going to separate shipping address, it is
necessary to place separate orders.
HOW DOES LIBERTY
HANDLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON THE MOBILITY RANGE?
We will gladly assist you with your return. Please

Liberty has a 30-day money back guarantee. Returns
and exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise
purchased at Libertyhealthcare.co.nz or over our
0800 233 769 line.
Liberty will credit or exchange merchandise that is
defective in any way.
Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed
against your card.
WHAT ABOUT BACK
ORDERS?
You will be notified within 24 hours if an item you
have ordered is out of stock.
HOW IS MY PURCHASE
SHIPPED?
Mobility Equipment : All merchandise is shipped via
Small Package Ground or NZ Postal Service
depending on total weight of order. Please allow
5-10 business days for delivery.
Adjustable Beds and Lift and Recline Chairs : These
products are shipped through our nationwide dealer
network.
WHAT IS LIBERTY'S
WARRANTY?
Mobility Equipment : Liberty has a 3-year warranty
on the frame and a 1-year warranty on all other
parts.
Adjustable Beds and Lift and Recline Chairs :
Liberty has a 25 years warranty on the steel frame
and 10 years on the mattress, massage, lift motors
and foundation.
